Eversden Gunners F.C. was established in 2006, it is an 11-a-side team which play on a Sunday in the Cambridge & District Colts League, now playing as Under 14s, governed by the Cambridgeshire Football Association. The Club has been set up initially to provide football for local youngsters in a particular age group, but it may be possible in the future for different age groups to be managed separately under the umbrella of Eversden Gunners.

The third season (2008-09) of Eversden Gunners F.C. started a little shaky but finished on a much more positive note with the Gunners finishing fifth in league 13C.
